How We Work
Our 3-Phase Process
🔄 Phase 1 — Concept & Design
We analyse your plot, requirement and budget. Our architects prepare floor plans, elevations, 3D visualization and structural design. Vastu compliance is built in from day one. We also assist with BMC/TDP plan approval.
🏗️ Phase 2 — Build & Execute
Once design is approved and the main agreement is signed, execution begins. Skilled teams handle RCC structure, brickwork, plumbing, electrical conduit, waterproofing, flooring, and finishes — all on a tracked schedule.
🔑 Phase 3 — Inspect & Deliver
You do a detailed walkthrough inspection with our site supervisor. We address any corrections, complete the final snag list, and hand over the keys with full project documentation and warranty cards.
